After completing the on-line application, we ask candidates to take a People Keys assessment. This is an online assessment tool to help gauge personality and job fit.

The assessment should take approximately 20 minutes. Click on the position that you are applying for. Please note that performing the following during the assessment will provide the MOST accurate information. The key thing to remember is that there is a clear focus while taking the profiles. You must be thinking about your existing job or your last job. In the personality section choose only one most and least. In the TEAMS and VALUES section the 4 is the score that is most like you.
