My brother and I lost our mother last week on his birthday. I feel like I'm falling apart. Ive started shaking since we lost her, my hands and legs are so bad especially if I'm sitting still or trying to. I had anxiety problems before losing my momma but now they are worse of course, but I can't even go in Walmart now with out having a panic attack or thinking that I saw my mom. She was only 48 she was still so young, my brother and I are in our twenties. He seems to be so much stronger than I am. I can't hold it together for more than about an hour and a half.
