Status: Part Time

The Social Worker provides supportive services to help meet patient/family social, emotional, and economic needs in relation to the impact of a terminal illness. Will be working in homecare and hospice.
Qualifications-
EDUCATION: Masters in Social Work from graduate school accredited by the Council of Social Work with current PA state license.
EXPERIENCE: Home health experience with terminally ill patients is preferable. Pennsylvania drivers license, current auto insurance and access to a car during working hours.
