Dr. Michael Hagerty, MD, Cardiac Medical Director
Dr. Michael Hagerty serves as Cardiac Medical Director for Celtic Virtual Care, overseeing clinical protocols and providing clinical consultations. He is board certified in internal medicine, nuclear cardiology, and cardiovascular disease. Dr. Hagerty currently practices as part of Pennsylvania Heart Group, Ltd. in Pittsburgh, PA. He also serves as Clinical Instructor of Internal Medicine Residency and the Cardiology Fellowship Program at Allegheny General Hospital.
Dr. Hagerty has authored, co-authored and served as clinical investigator in numerous peer-reviewed publications on drug interactions, acute myocardial infarction, and rare clinical syndrome. He has lectured at the Western Pennsylvania EMS Convention and numerous other grand round lectures at Allegheny General Hospital.
Dr. Hagerty is a member of the American Heart Association and Fellow of the American College of Cardiology.
